Level I students are introduced to various ways of mounting, inverted poses, and sequences of poses while in the middle of the hoop, as well as, introducing spinning. Level II students further increase their upper body endurance by adding poses from the top of the lyra, longer, more challenging sequences in the middle of the lyra, rolls, and more spinning. Level III students will continue to build on their skill set and challenge themselves as they learn even more daring and captivating sequences. *14 and up.
