Party Information and Contact Form

• We Book parties based on the availability of our studio space and instructors. Parties are $25 per person for a one hour lesson. $50 is due as a deposit upon booking. A few days prior to your party, we will reach out to confirm your group size, and take payment for the remaining balance. (Base party fee is $125 and is for the minimum number of 5 participants.)

We are ask for little-to-no-paper or hand/payment exchange. As such, please:

• Fill out the below party request form with all the details of our party.
• Once we confirm your party details, a thorough email will be sent with all the steps to create an account, make the deposit to hold your space, and save credit card on file for the balance.

Things to know:

• Arrive 15 minutes early.
• Please note our entrance is in the back of the building.
• Wear comfortable clothes! Think workout gear and things you can move in.  For Silks and Lyra, leggings are suggested.  For Pole, while leggings will be fine, we suggest shorts as  you may find that helps with certain skills.
• Bring a water bottle.
• Please keep a payment method saved in your MindBody account so we can charge the balance electronically (more info about the balance below).
• All students must fill out a waiver.  This waiver will be sent during the process of confirming and booking your party day/time/instructor.

• Once we receive your Party Form we will be in touch within 48 hours. We will provide you with more information about your booking or possibly ask more questions based on the information from your form.
• The deposit for all parties is $50. As an example, for 6 people the total is $150, and the balance after deposit is $100.
• The final balance will be charged the day of your party or within 2 days after.
